Panic attack :(

Ok so I've been ill for a few weeks with a chest infection anxiety has been really low for a good few weeks but tonight I've become aware that my heart is faster than normal around 90bpm mines normally anywhere between 65 and 85 normally around 80's tho! Of course because ive noticed its faster I'm panicking like mad making it worse! Trying to calm down an do some breathing but can't shift this state of panic! Im due on my period in a couple of days as well which usually makes me more anxious!

I'm panicking over nothing arnt I?

mines about 90bpm too at the moment....... been quite anxious lately. Try not to check it too much and it will settle down, I think it';s the checking all the time that keeps it high. Some deep breathing and a cup of camomile tea will do the trick.. you'll be fine. :)
