I had a tummy bug 2 weeks ago, feeling sick, temperature too, and actually vomiting but only once. The day after that I felt fine, but that night I started having really bad burps like i constantly needed to burp but i hadnt had any fizz or anything. I noticed that the burps smelt like eggs! rotten eggs! was so weird! never had this before ever! The day after I started getting awful diarreah, worst ive ever had, which has been on and off (but not fully subsiding atall) the last two weeks since it started.
I have still got the eggy burps but they too are on and off.
What could be the case of this?? Im guna go to my GP hopefully in the next couple of days.. but has anyone ever had this happen to them??
I dont feel ill or anything, no temperture nothing. just these on and off eggy burps/diarreah.. im just wondering why its takin so long to go away??? im not getting any pain or anything.
