Hi Hun

I understand how you feel and i often feel like that. The more you try to clear it the worse the panic is that sets in and it becomes a viscious circle.

Thinking about you hun.

Hi,

I also get the same coughing problem, where i am continually trying to clear my throat. Has anybody found a way of combatting this problem?

Thanks

Yeah i get that alot as well, people must think i have a constant cough however im sure its a nerves/anxiety thing.
I always carry bottled water with me, take a few sips of this usually settles my throat.

Hi I get this problem a lot in fact I have got it while I am posting this reply! This is a fairly new symptom for me but I have found chewing gum helps. I think it gets worse the more you try and swallow and cough because your mouth gets drier and so does your throat, also anything that you can do to take your mind off it works.
Take care Caroline
