Feeling nauseas for days...

hello all
I am after some help as I am still feeling sicky after a bug I had start on Saturday...
I was sick but then was cold and hot and just felt generally awful with headache, but not been sick since, but just off my food, tea tastes strange and generally don't fancy anything?
Is this still a bug or something more, I am starting to worry...but then I do worry about health. But not had anything like this before.
I do feel better when I have eaten something but just fed up of feeling yukky!!!

Hi Pet mad, takes a while to get over these awful bugs/viruses going around at the mo. Try extra strong mints for the nausea, a lot of people also swear by ginger biscuits. Plenty of water too x
