very worried confushed by symptoms

hi everyone im posting again im really worried bout one symptom im having and it is feeling lightheaded and feel like im moving but not this is awful.
ive had my ears looked at 20 times by gp and 4 times ent dr nothing ears always look good...
went to eye dr yes i need glasses always have never wore them the eye dr said eyes dont cause that feeling....optc nerve good..
had 2 basic neuro test good and echo and ekg all good and bloodwork all good...
idk what to think i keep worry if eyes or ears or brain tumor......
is this lightheaaded and moving feeling really anxiety plz any advice thank you:scared15::weep:

thank you i had my ears checked 20 times 4 by ent total 24 times wouldnt they pick up on inner ear problem or something,i need glasses always have eye dr said bad vision wont cause those symptoms..:weep:

i have this feeling every day, its not nice but its part of the anxiety.
