5 days without mirtazipine

Feeling a bit more nervy today. Woke up last night with a fright and an awful dread feeling in my stomach. Keep telling myself that all is OK and not to listen to my body. Still able to function and deal with people, so as long as I can do that I must be doing OK. I keep telling myself I still have over a week to go hopefully before I start feeling normal again.
