Noise in ears

Wondering if anyone can help me with this. Recently ive been experiencing especially at night, the sensation of a high pitched buzzing in my ears, its hard to explain almost as if the silence within itself is noisy ? weird anyway im finding it is making me really anxoius and im finding it difficult to sleep.
i suffer from visual migraine and im thinking this along with buzzing sound( read that this can be a symptom of a b tumour) could be a brain tumour as maybe the doctor has missed something . My mind is in overdrive and im quite concerned has anyone sufferred from this or something similar x

I have this quite a lot! I've never really given it much thought as I've had it on and off pretty much all my life, maybe it's always there but to be honest I only ever notice it if I concentrate on it lol. ;s

Don't think the doctor would have missed anything hun xx
