Hi, im new to posting,

i am 34years old and a long term sufferer of anxiety, at the moment im 4months pregnant with my second child and not doing to good, my pain problem is depression, i have had my meds increased 2 weeks ago, but and still waiting for an improvement! also waiting for another round of cbt
If anyone is or has had similar experience then please please contact me, really could do with taking to someone.
