My first day back to work tomorrow!

I'm going back to work tomorrow on a phased return after being off since April. I've been giving some diazepam for my first week back but not sure whether to take them cos I don't want to feel drowsy. I'm looking forward to it now and feeling calm at the mo :-) x

Hi H26,

I went back to work on wednesday....phased return. I went back for 1 day and 2 days next. I am supposed to work 3 days a week so have to see how i get on. Wednesday was great, i was so pleased to be back, no anxiety and it was all fantastic.
Today (Thur) I've felt more anxious, don't know why but I will work through it. I wish you all the best and hope for you too it's not as bad as you anticipate.
Do you mind me asking where you work? My work requires me to see people in their homes which is a major problem for me.
