Hi, lately I've been feeling stressed and sick, and I'm sure it's to do with an upcoming exam next week. This stress is provoking my panic attacks to return frequently, and I keep waking up in the middle of the night (e.g. Like now, 2.30am) just feeling dizzy and shaky and sick, accompanied by sweat and a tight chest.

I know I've done enough revision but I can't stop the stressed feeling and it's making me feel much worse. Any tips? :(

Hi. I'm only guessing, but perhaps you are putting too much pressure on yourself to do well on the exam. Whilst you would naturally like to do well on your exam, I would suggest you don't cause too much stress by making it in to being a be-all and end-all thing. Life will go on no matter what result you get.
