soo scared please help

hey guys.. can enybody advise me i was just sitting there when suddanly i tasted blood in mouth...then i spat and it was blood im so scared now dunno wether it was my gums or not please somebody respond

where is the problem to scare ? no need to panic its common

go clean your teeth.. if you spit blood out with the toothpaste, you know it's your gums. Have you eaten anything sharp? The gullet lining is quite thin and can tear (without causing harm). I know it's scary but it is quite common so just keep your eye on it x
