blood in mouth

hey guys i was just sat there and tasted blood in my mouth so i spat and yes very clear it was blood..im soo scared now i dunno wat it is?? i thoght it was gums but now thing its lungs please somebody advise me :weep:

9 times out of 10, blood in the mouth will usually come from the gums.

I used to have this for no apparent reason until I started flossing everyday at least.

I would notice that especially if I had something stuck inbetween my teeth after eating and I'd try to suck the thing out, my gums would start bleeding.

Also Corsodyl mouthwash can help with this. As we get older our gums can also recede which can cause this.
