dry mouth and thrush, very scared

hi

i have had a dry mouth for the last few days and have had thrush or itching on my penis for the last few days. i have also gone through stages of feeling tired. i am now starting to feel panicky and this is causing my anxiety and ibs to start off there symptoms.

my mind is thinking about leukemia, diabetes and other cancers.

i dont know if this is all part of my anxiety or if im am very ill.

advice form anywhere would be nice please.

Perhaps you should see a doctor about the thrush? But otherwise, having a dry mouth and even IBS can be caused by anxiety. I am sure that you are otherwise fine - try to relax.
