ive been on here alot recentlu has just come out of two weeks of hell withmy anxiety, spent last three days doing awesome, however with the stress of my ittle boys birthdya party and my flu not dying down ive had a really bad day..
I just wanted to share something that has kept me going today when ive wanted to cry cos had bad day.
Everyone in life has bad days its how we wake up the next day that matters. wether we have anxiety or not,
Try not to dwell on the bad day otehrwise we will wake wth another and alwasy remember the helps their for everyone we just got to fon anmd accept it xx
