My name is Laura , Im currently 33+ weeks pregnant and suffering from anxiety and panic attacks.

I am finding it very difficult to deal with so have come here for support and advice .

Hello laura im Bev i am too suffering from anxiety and panic attacks mine started 3 weeks ago just before she was born think i was anxious about the birth. R u anxious about birth? If u wanna chat ur welcome to pm me x
