Hi Guys,
I'm 29 and have suffered from Anxiety/Depression on and off for nearly 10 years.
Recently, I was slowly being tapered off 40mg Fluoxetine down to 20mg with a view of coming completely off as I was doing so well.... well, right up until New Year.
I got some kind of cold (man-flu) most likely, which really only lasted for a few days, but after I recovered I noticed that my Anxiety had flared up (usually only in mornings, fading towards the evening).
Anyway, it's pretty horrific and is reminding me of "pre-medicated" times which in itself is frightening.
I don't drink alcohol, very rarely caffeine (i do smoke, but it's my only vice)
I have been a long time lurker of these forums, and thought I would post to see if anyone had any ideas? I have an app with the Doctor tomorrow.
