Hi Folks
Probably should have posted in here before I posted anywhere else.
I'm 29 and live in Scotland. Have had issues with Anxiety/Depression on and off for approx 10 years (they haven't all been bad)
Been a long time lurker on these forums and have had many a reassuring time while reading posts so I thought it's about time I contributed... and get more reassurance lol.
