hello - this is my first post so hope it goes ok.

I have recently discovered something called: The Grinberg Method and I think it is working!!

Look it up on the web, its basically about breathing techniques and learning to calm the mind. It is pretty simple and I have been using it to destress over the last week (as i panic when stressed) and is making a noticeable difference.
