I am interested if anyone has had Councilling for panic, if so did it help. Or other odeas Yoga etc.

Hi Jenn

I had CBT and it helped me loads, what i thought and belived became seperate issues and that was great as i was at the end of it all and every though i had i believed would happen.

What have you been offered?
