I am on this now .....the shrink has said this is the total not going any higher dose and its double what they normally use for anxiety problems ( 40 mg ) ..but mine has gone through the roof ..so with my agreement we are going to give it two months to see if I start to pull out
if not ..its sertaline
shrink says its actually common for people who are treated by specialists ( psychiatrists ) to be on high doses of anti depressants
for example
prozac is 20 to 40 mg but some are on 80 mg
sertraline is normally 50 to 100 but some are on 200 mg
so dont be afraid if doctor suggests trying a higher dose
