Hey guys,
the names Keith, I'm from the UK. I've looked around this site many many times, and have finally decided to join! I don't know if it's standard practice to list your issues in your first post, but I'm guessing it might come in useful, so here goes- panic attacks, general anxiety (comes in waves, it's not constant), OCD (Generally post drinking). I hope here I'll be able to get advice and support from you guys, but in addition, I like to think I might be able to offer advice and support to you guys!
