Hi,
I found this site about a week ago, and it has really helped me. I finally joined today, so that I can talk to other people going through the same things, and to air my worries in a safe non judging environment.
I've been depressed in the past, and this past holiday season has gotten me down in the dumps again.
Also i'm obsessing over my health again, but only since i've decided to take affirmative action and do stuff about what's bothering me. I have an appt with my GP on friday, but waiting is killing me. I hope that this site continues to help. And I must remember not to google. It only stresses me out when I do. Knowing that other people suffer from HA is already helping.
