Im sure its the same with everyone here but how do you start to try and get back yourself?

I feel since the anxiety started, mainly the OCD that I have become a total slave to anxiety. There are periods here and there when the old me comes out of its shell, I quite like that.

So, any advice/stories etc?

I have to allow myself to be happy and enjoy things when they're there to be enjoyed. When I'm not doing well, I can feel one part of my mind slapping back the happy bit.

For me, I think it's all about getting a different perspective.
