Yesterday i managed to get into town with my mum & had no panicky feelings or anxiety it was just great (YIPPEE)

Felt abit anxious before the taxi turned up & just before we got out the cab i felt abit sick but it passed thankfully & it turned into a lovely afternnoon.

We can beat this people!!!!
