numb head

this morning i woke up and my head felt numb in one spot, my partner said when he got up i had my head on my hand!!, the numb feeling passed almost straight away but ever since then in that spot i keep getting a dull aching/throbbing pain that goes down to my neck????

so scared i may have a brain tumour, i cant concentrate!!!!:weep:
