Hi,
im in my early 30's and i have suffered from anxiety for a long time when my anxiety gets bad i always connected it with doing a drugs when i was 16 i just cant seem to un-connect my anxiety symptoms with drug taking i wasn't a regular user i only done it a couple of times and had a bad experience and never touched it again but every time my anxiety gets bad i just start to panic thinking it must be because i done drugs when i was young and i will never get better it, it get so bad sometimes im scared to touch and eat things thinking they are contaminated and i will lose control it really disrupts my life
has anyone else been through anything similar and beaten it?
