Hi,
I'm 38 years old and I'm a mum, a partime teaching assistant and studying for a degree, but some how I still manage to find time fot this terrible anxiety/panic. It started 2 years ago when I witnessed my husband suffer his second heart attack and a sudden cardiac arrest. Luckily he survived, but I didn't, well not to the life I had before. My GP has been hopeless never recognising the classic symptons just feedind the fear by sending me for many heart related tests. NLP has helped to reprogramme the flashbacks, but I still have this constant fear and anxiety, which leads to panic attacks similar to the heart attacks I have witnessed. This site seems to offer an understanding and support not offered anywhere else and I feel I have done something positive in signing up.

What cannot be fitted into your day, cannot be done - forget about it!
