for the past hour or so iv felt really spaced out and like im not me and im liveing in a dream world and my mind is blank, i know this is just desansitisation but i just feel really trippy and need some reasureance im gonna take some bach sleep rescue remedy... that should chill me out =]

Happens to me too, mostly when I'm out and about. I snap out of it by not focusing on it, it's hard but thats what works for me. Hugs

yeh it is hard especially when its night tim wand you have nothing to take your mind off it, but im gonna play on metal gear solid now (ps3 game) hopefully that will do the trick =]

Sounds like a plan, I'm not into those kinds of games, I'm more of a Wii girl, and The Sims I love The Sims oh and Zoo Tycoon and Need for Speed, oh also any Lego games, Lego Harry Potter is the best!!!
