I have just been given a flat, arfter spending 5 years having a flat mate im now worried tha im going to have a panic attack or heart attack or something will happen and im on my own and no one will be able to help me:weep:

One thing I've discovered living alone for 10 years is that it's a good idea to let someone you trust have a spare key.

I've had plenty of Panic Attacks whilst alone and to be honest, there is nothing that anyone could do even if they were with me. I once phoned my ex wife and told her in a moment of desperation that I was panicking because I felt unwell. She answered me in her usual caring voice by saying, 'What can I do about it, I'm not a Doctor.' Which I suppose is true to be honest.
