hi to every one on the forums/chatroom/games
i found this site when i was looking for information about my condition, so happy to see so many other ppl who understand and have the same issues as myself.
so pleased theres like minded ppl out there and to find im not alone in all my IBS/depression issues.
personaly i have started CBT and found this most helpful in changing my approuch to how i deal with my problems. cant wait to get posting were and if i can help and am amazed by the shear amount of ppl that have the same issues, will spread the word with my friends who also suffer with these issues/problems. im sure they will appriciate this site as much as myself xxx
