hello:)

the feeling of relief I feel tonight after finding this safe place is huge . I wish it had been around when I was desperate for help and surfing net years ago .
I have I had panic attacks and anxiety for a long time ....unfortunately neither I or my GP realised what was going on with my physical symptoms then .
I am reasonably ok now ............but it is like walking a tightrope all the time .
feel my agrophobic feelings coming back and I must stop them before it takes over again .
