The problem you experience after eating is caused by the Vagus nerve .This is a nerve which is linked to your stomach and heart .Avoiding certain foods and eating smaller meals will help .The heart starts to beat faster as a result of eating and you then automatically react thinking its Anxiety and panic .Adapting your diet .excercise and drinking plenty of water will help .Avoid high fat ,carbohydrates ,msg and too much sugar ..Im sure if you research this youself you will find plenty of articles to explain this better than I have ..T/c Sue
