Changing meds

Hi all I'm on ciprelax at the mo 10mg and have been for 2 years, it's now stopped working so doctor wants to change it, please give me views on which antid is the best, he give me script for Mirtazapine, but weight gain seems to happen with this!!!

What are you doing to help with your problems apart from taking medication ? Being on such a low dose I would honestly think it would be more advisable to have your dose increased .Rather than go through the ordeal of switching meds ..Have you had any Therapy of any kind and or councelling ? .This is really the best way forward .All the best Sue x
