Probably early days with the sertraline Donna, but I;m sure there are quite a few people on NMP who take it and will be able to advise you better x

i dont know where to start jane ive proper switched off my mums helping me out with my daughter but i dont know what i would have done if i didnt have her to helpx

my name is donna too and been on sertraline for a few months take the edge off a bit but all other pills i tried made me worse now having cbt but still having attacks i find exercise helps even a walk and have just started yoga x
