glands

Hi, I have got a pain just under my chin on the left side - not my neck - and am worried in case its enlarged glands. Does anyone know exactly where the glands are located? Thanks

not totally sure, but i do know we have glands all around our neck. are you sure it is swollen. i get many a pain in the neck but mostly it is due to tension of the muscles in it. they can be very sore and seem to restrict movement in that area

No it isnt actually in the neck, its right under the chin, sort of jaw area (left side), cant feel any swelling. Googled for a diagram of glands but cant find any

id say that is more likely tension of the jaw muscles.

im not a doc though but doesnt sound like anything to worry about

hope it eases, im sure it will if you stop focusing on it. hard i know , believe me i know
