Hi everyone. So again, im new here and suffering from health anxiety, panic attacks, hypochondria, and just helplessness and hopeless anxiety. Everyday, some days more than others, i worry about dying. My physical symptoms have taken over me; symptoms include dizziness, chest tightness, left arm feels dead (so to speak), stomach upset, shakiness, rapid heart beats, etc. I could keep going. My fear of dying is resulted all around my heart or lungs. I constantly think im going to or am having a heart attack, think my lungs r going bad (take that as u will, lol), think i have coronary artery disease, etc. Even wen my anxiety isnt around, i still have the chest pains, etc. I have seen my dr and been to the er over 200 times. Everything always shows up normal. I have never done a test that measures the capacity or lung strength, but have had several chest xrays and ekgs. Im just wondering if im getting all the wrong tests or if i shuld ask for another kind of test or if theyre all just so stuck on me having anxiety, that theyre not worried at looking into nething else... sry this is so long, but im n a constant state of fear. Please help :"(
