Hi there

I have been lurking around here for the last 4 weeks, after a resurfacing of my anxiety problem.

I have spent my whole life worrying and battling with anxiety and I thought I had it beat for the last two years, but it has come back really quickly within weeks, of some unsettling days.

I have posted in the meds section for my last few weeks story and need some advice.
