Im new to this forum but not to mental health problems.
I'm now 30 but have had various 'issues' since I was 15. Been on different medications and had various therapies. I was only officially dignosed a couple of years ago tho.
My diagnosis is severe long term depression, personality disorder, social phobia,generalised anxiety disorder and agoraphobia.
I can't leave the house alone and have been on citolapram since October, now at 40mg. Before that I was on venlafaxine for 7 years. I'm currently seeing a nice lady-a social inclusion& occupational therapist- once a week,who I'm doing some cbt and anxiety management with and I see a psychiatrist.
I'm struggling atm tbh hence joining this forum. It's good to know I'm not the only one.
