tensed throat

Hi all me again, same thing tense throat. Just wondered if anyone else got like a tense upper chest feeling when they breathed in. Lump not so bad today but back of throat feels tight and itchy. sorry to be a pain, just having a bad day today. x:weep:

Hi, I've been getting this alot lately! it's had me in a right panic! Have you seen your doctor about it? I'm seeing my doctor next Monday!

Yes a couple of times, usual anxiety. I know that she is probably right, but still cant get that niggling doubt out of my head. Let me know how you get on x

i get this a lot, one of my main symptons !! It always seems to get worse the more I think about it. Tilting my head back and pointing my chin upwards a few times seems to help. Try to distract yourself as much as possible..... it is DEFINITELY anxiety .

anxiety- used to get this a lot not so bad now but still do suffer with it. its worrying but will not harm u x

i just wish i could switch off from it. I suppose gotta keep busy and hopefully it will go.x
