pressure on chest when having a panic attack

when your having a panic attack does anybody else get a tight pressure feeling on their chest like a weight feeling seems to make you feel like you cant breathe?

I get that. I also have those feelings and sensations when im NOT having a panic attack. It seems to happen to me daily, with or without anxiety. Our symptoms stay with us. Hope u feel better soon

I get it on my chest and back, its so scary. but i thin it's muscular caused by tensing up so bad. try to take a hot bath or , use maybe a heat pad on your chest x

yes hun this is exactly what im getting now scares me esp not been able to breath.
