Am I Going Nuts?

I don't know if anyone has ever had this but it's really freaking me out. I have been extremely stressed lately and im snapping at everyone. What I'm worried is if i'll lose control and go nuts due to the stress. Is it possible? I feel like it's impending and im waiting for it to happen. I feel like im just going to lose my mind and I feel depressed on a night. I get wierd sensations that i'll fear i'll go nuts and start hearing voices or get extreme memory loss.

It feels extremely real right now. I feel hopeless
