something in my throat...?

I know anxiety causes the lump in the throat feeling, but has neone ever felt like a hair is stuck n ur throat? Its been freaking me out. I can swallow, and im not in pain or nething, im just worried this hair , if there really is a hair, wuld get caught around sumthing or idk... im just really freakin myself out... please help :(

well if it is a hair eventually it will go away, i get this a lot because i have long hair.
have you tried eating and drinking?
it could be just be: part of your throat is over sensitive due to recent cold or cough.
