Hey guys.

So I started slowly getting back into exercise this past week. ive been doing a lot of walking, sit-ups, light jogging in my house and i started with light weightlifting today.

Anyways I felt perfectly fine during the exercise. I actually felt great jogging. but now I can barely feel my heart beating. It's like really calm, slow, and soft and it's making me scared.

Could I have damaged my heart? Im literally panicking. When it races I panick, when my heart beats calmly i panick.

I do feel slightly light-headed but Ive been like this before exercise cuz of my sinus being blocked up due to the cold.
