I'm pretty sure others have made similar posts, but can someone let me know if they ever feel achy all over, like arms and legs? I have been getting it today, usually get it after panic attack, but last attack was last Wednesday. And is it due to muscle tension?

it can do that yes, if you have been anxious your muscles wil be tight and tense and ache xx
