Cant breath

Plz help in a right mess. Got a horrible feeling over me like i cant breath:weep: feels like i suffocatting

hello hun,,, you can breath we went though it all the other day, you wont just stop breathing, have you tried deep breathing and breath in really deep to your belly

stand up straight.
stretch out all your muscles, like your arms.
tell your self you are ok it's just anxiety.
take a slow deep breath with one hand on your tummy so you can feel it pushing out.
see you can breath x

Been there so many times, I know how terrifying it feels :(
