Im just curious ... does neone run to the emergency room everytime they feel bad or wenever anxiety flares? I do all the time! I want to stop, but i need reassurance...

Hi there, I sort of know what you mean.....although I do not do this anymore, I have had the Paramedics called on a few occasions i have started hyperventilating , although i knew in the back of my mind it was anxiety I still wanted to double check..I have got close to calling again recently, but have managed to avoid it....
I can't tell you how to stop, as 3everyone is different.....I just tell myself constantly I'll be ok, its just the panic....relax, i deep breath and try and take my mind off of it no matter how long it takes...
Suffering with anxiety is tiring, on your body & mind.....but if you're strong you can learn to live with it. I am beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel xx
