hey My name is Tyla,
i suffer from panic dissorder and i was wondering if anyone
else suffers from ocd like symptoms as a result.
i have to carry a bottle of water round with me everywhere
or it makes me feel sick and occasionally even wretch.
i was wondering why this was because mostimes if i have the water i dont feel anything it wont even be touched,
its just annother thing added on top of my anxiety i hate.

hi tyla i do the same thing all the time.with the water and other things.really hate it.ur not alone mate.
