help please?does anyone understand this

hey My name is Tyla,
i suffer from panic dissorder and i was wondering if anyone
else suffers from ocd like symptoms as a result.
i have to carry a bottle of water round with me everywhere
or it makes me feel sick and occasionally even wretch.
i was wondering why this was because mostimes if i have the water i dont feel anything it wont even be touched,
its just annother thing added on top of my anxiety i hate.

Hi, I understand.

For years i had to carry a bottle of water, but not for that reason. I had to so that i could always take my diazepam. Without the water I would panic.

It's a comfort blanket. If i didn't have the water i would panic, but with the water i never used to take the tablets. It's about knowing it's there; knowing you're "safe" so to speak.

aww thanks did it eventually go away did you end up stopping having to take a bottle with you??
