I've not had PAs for over a year now!! But lately when i go to sleep or when i lay down even and shut my eyes.....straight away i get this rush that can go right through my body or lingers in my head....makes me feel all dizzy and disorientated (if thats how its spelt) But as soon as i open my eyes i am fine :( And so then i hate goin sleep cause the feelin is horrible....what could this be???
