Hi My name is Victoria im 29 married with 3 kids.

ive suffered with panic attacks/health anxiety for the last 5 years, but the last 2 years have been the worse.

I am constantly worried i might die, everytime i feel ill i am convinced it is something serious.

i suffer the most with Dizziness, Chest pains, breathlessness,and i struggle to go out and enjoys things for fear of these symptoms i did suffer with headaches quite alot but they have calmed down.

I really have had enough of feeling like this, I am currently not taking anything for it and i will be going for CBT next week, i am just looking for support really, i really would like to beat this :)
